YEAST DOUGH PARATHA.



                 YEAST DOUGH PARATHA.
Soft milt in your mouth this recipe is easy and tasty. if you don’t like oil just cook it like roti.

 Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2-cup whole-wheat flour
3/4-cup water
1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
Oil for frying

METHOD
IN a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and add want little by little and mix with a wooden spoon  to form dough.

Knead the dough. For 10 minutes cover and let it rise.

You can knead the dough in the night and put in refrigerator and roll it in the morning

Then fry them on both sides until golden, serve warm.

Note.

For this yeast paratha, you can get 1 dough ball of everyday naan, and fry it for the first time

Then make more if you like.

Preparation  time:10 minutes plus 1 hour
Cooking time:15

Bek Bek





                                Bek Bek
Simple and easy these pancakes are once my husband favorite, as child and he still like them.
                   
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2-cup whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 egg
Chopped walnut optional
1/4 tsp baking powder or 1/2 tsp yeast optional.
1/4-cup brown sugar
1/2-cup milk
Oil for frying
Method:

In mixing bowl whisk egg, milk and sugar until well combine.
Sift flour and baking powder, add to wet ingredients, mix well then add fennel seeds, and mix.


Heat non-stick frying pan and add little oil about 1 tsp for each pancake.
Cook on both sides and serve warm.

Note.
If you are using yeast not baking powder, then whisk milk, sugar and yeast and leave it for 15 minutes then add everything and leave it for another 25 minutes before frying them.
Note. You don’t have to deep-fry it .1tsp oil for each side of Bek Bek is enough .
