Smoothies


 

Summer start its not cold any more ,so do I start exercise jogging and when you do exercise in the morning smoothies are wonderful .first it cool you down and its filled with good nutrients so you feel good that  after all you run you take something good .      

Triple berry Smoothie

 Ingredients
•handful of  frozen blueberries
•handful of  frozen raspberries
•1/4cup cup  fresh strawberries
  1 fresh banana cubed
•1 cup milk
•1 container (8 oz.) low-fat vanilla yogurt
•2 teaspoon sugar  or honey
method:

In the container of a blender combine berries, banana ,milk, yogurt and sugar. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately in tall glasses. Garnish with blueberry skewers  or strawberry flower.

Hawaii smoothie
Ingredients
•1 peach, sliced
•1 mango, peeled and diced
•1/4cup fresh  pineapple chunks
 hand full of strawberries
•1/2 cup frozen yogurt or ice cream
•3/4cup orange juice
Directions

1.Place the peach, mango, strawberries  yogurt and orange juice into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
Note. I use frozen fruit because I like texture like ice cream .
