Red velvet cake.



Red velvet cake is very famous cake around here. you can easily find red velvet cake cup cake in all the bakeries but home made cake is much healthier and easy to make and the best part is you can change the sugar amount .
This is my version of this cake. and I was lucky at first try I create this recipe which is almost like the original recipe.
Red velvet cake.
Red velvet cake with  pistachios cream cheese topping.
Ingredients.
1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2tsp baking powder[aluminum free]
1/4tsp baking soda[aluminum free]
2/3cup vegetable oil
1tbsp coco powder
2/3cup sugar
2eggs
4 drops red food coloring
1tsp white vinegar
1/4cup water
1tsp vanilla
Frosting
half package 14 ounce cream cheese
1/4cup icing sugar
2tbsp butter room temperature
1tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 cup finally chopped pistachios

method:
beat together sugar oil and eggs add vanilla and stir food coloring and keep aside .
 now In a separate bowl sift dry ingredients flour, baking powder, and baking soda ,coco powder, and gently combine with dry ingredients add water and vinegar too until smooth red cake batter made.

Pour in the prepared cake pan and bake it in preheated oven at 375.f for 25 to30 minutes or when the tooth 

pick insert in the middle come out clean. cool it completely mean while prepared the frosting  add the  ingredients of frosting  beat until smooth and fluffy frosting made now with the help of spatula spread the cream cheese frosting and sprinkle the pistachio serve fresh fruits.
