YEAST DOUGH PARATHA.
Soft milt in your mouth this recipe is
easy and tasty. if you don’t like oil just cook it like roti.
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2-cup whole-wheat flour
3/4-cup water
1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
Oil for frying
METHOD
IN a large mixing bowl, combine flour,
yeast, salt, and add want little by little and mix with a wooden spoon to form dough.
Knead the dough. For 10 minutes cover
and let it rise.
You can knead the dough in the night
and put in refrigerator and roll it in the morning
Then fry them on both sides until
golden, serve warm.
Note.
For this yeast paratha, you can get 1
dough ball of everyday naan, and fry it for the first time
Then make more if you like.
